It's been a mixed week for Ireland defender Louise Quinn, who was part of the side beaten 2-0 by the Netherlands in their World Cup qualifier in Tallaght on Tuesday.

Any lingering disappointment from that result will have dissipated somewhat on her return to Arsenal as she headed the winning goal to send the Gunners to an FA Cup final.

Arsenal and Everton were locked at 1-1 and seemingly headed for a replay when the former Peamount United defender rose highest to head the winning goal.

Ireland captain Katie McCabe was a late sub for Arsenal, who also included three of the members of the Netherlands side that faced Ireland during the week.
